- Click OK when done, then quit Keychain Access.

I see you are getting repeated requests for access to keychaindata when launching apps from Microsoft Office 365. Is that right?
It is not clear from your post whether you have tried allowing the use of this data. If you click the 'Allow' button, does anything change?
